Simple, but ours
Wild salmon, forest mushrooms, pine nuts, honey from a local apiary, sourdough bread. We cook what grows and is caught nearby.
Breakfast is included: buffet or à la carte. Dinner is à la carte with local drinks. Children's, vegetarian and gluten-free options on request.
