When does the hotel open?
1 January 2027. Sales open earlier; leave a request and we will write 48 hours before sales start.
How do I get there in winter?
Fly to Gorno-Altaysk (172 km, about 3 hours) or Biysk (245 km, about 4 hours). From Novosibirsk it is 589 km, about 9 hours. We meet you at the airport.
What is included?
Stay, breakfast, airport transfer, one banya session, a one-day ski pass, snowshoes, parking and Wi-Fi. No hidden charges.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Children under 6 stay free; 6–12 years — 5,000 ₽ per night on an extra bed. Children's menu, sledges and a play area.
Can I bring a pet?
Small dogs up to 10 kg by prior arrangement, 3,000 ₽ per night. Some chalets are pet-free — please tell us in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free up to 14 days before arrival, 50% between 7 and 13 days, no refund under 7 days. New Year dates have separate terms.
